What is the Control Panel?
K-net solutions offers HELM hosting control panel with all hosting accounts. This web based system gives clients total control to their web hosting account.

What is my mail server address?
Your mail server address will be mail.yourdomain.com

How do i setup my local email client?
Use "mail.yourdomain.com" as the incoming Post Office Protocol (POP3) and outgoing Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server in your local email client, such as Outlook Express.

How do I access web-based e-mail?
You can access the web-based e-mail via http://mail.k-netsolutions.com or http://mail.yourdomain.com. Your webmail username is your full email address.

Can I add more email accounts?
Clients can contact support@k-netsolutions.com or Using the HELM control panel add, delete, and change passwords email accounts, aliases, forwards and other options for the service. In addition, users can change their password directly via the web.

Do you have Front-Page extensions?
Yes we offer FrontPage extensions. If you want to remove and/or add FrontPage extensions to your account, this can be done through your Control Panel.

I want to change my account plan. How do I upgrade / downgrade my account?
To upgrade/downgrade your account, please login into your client account then complete the customer support request form. In the customer support request, please specify what plan you want to change from/to, or else please specify the service you would like changed, and then submit your request.

Do you provide backup processing?
We backup the data on our servers each night. However, even though we backup data, we also strongly recommend that you keep a remote backup of your files and data.

What is Virtual Hosting?
Virtual Hosting is where multiple websites (www.anyname.com) are served from the same physical server. This saves each customer from purchasing their own expensive server, performing a set-up and providing the appropriate environment. This is the most common method of hosting small to medium size sites, with light to moderate traffic.

What domain names do you support?
We support all domain names, which also includes foreign domain names.

Can we add services as we grow and need them?
Options can be added or removed, at any time, to cater to your current needs.
